We take pride in our work and want you to be satisfied with your piece. Items from the Everyday Collection (excluding 'Artist's Choice' items) are eligible for exchange within 14 days of delivery.

• The Process: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Upon receipt, we will provide shop credit or ship out your replacement.

• Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the original item back to the shop, as well as the shipping costs for the replacement item.

• Artist’s Choice: Because the Heritage Workshop Boxes are "Surprise" items by design, they are final sale and only eligible for exchange if there is a structural defect.

• Custom Commissions: All custom orders are built to unique specifications and are final sale. We work closely with you during the design process to ensure the final piece meets the agreed-upon build.

I offer free shipping to the continental US. Because I build each piece to order in my local shop, items typically ship within one - two weeks of purchase. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is headed your way.
